One requires if not wisdom, then at least knowledge to be self-reliant.
Connecting with others whose knowledge is in other areas of expertise helps address more complex challenges. Together we can be productive and build a civilization –we’re not quite there yet.
Leadership can be useful in organizing a group’s efforts when working on an endeavor. A mature society is not about subjugation and control but in working together on common goals based on common values overall in harmony with the phenomenal world and each other.
