Manila's Green Message

It looks like in Manila people aren’t waiting for something like bicycling to become cool. Instead they are motivated by the need of the environment and the fact that cars stink… and just as importantly, bicycling as an exercise is simply healthier mode of transportation and therefore makes sense for many different reasons.
