The Purpose of Leadership

One requires if not wisdom, then at least knowledge to be self-reliant.

Connecting with others whose knowledge is in other areas of expertise helps address more complex challenges. Together we can be productive and build a civilization —we're not quite there yet.

Leadership can be useful in organizing a group efforts when working on an endeavor.

A mature society is not one subjugated and under the duress of draconian systems and controls but one where mature entities fluidly collaborate intuitively and dynamically on resonant interests for the furtherance of understanding and evolution, invididually and collectively. Harmony comes naturally while uncontrollable, insatiable selfish appetites have been transcended.

That vision is one worthy of being called a "Civilization".
